There are three ways to use essential oils – aromatically, topically and internally. Aromatically you can diffuse oils with your diffuser or inhale them by putting your nose to the bottle. Topically you can rub them into the palms of your hands or on the bottoms of your feet. You can dilute essential oils to slow the absorption process if you choose. I strongly recommend this when using oils with children. Finally, you can ingest our Vitality Line of oils with a 00 vegetable capsule or by putting a drop or two in water.
