The Lavender & Peppermint Secret

There are three ways to use essential oils – aromatically, topically and internally. Aromatically you can diffuse oils with your diffuser or inhale them by putting your nose to the bottle. Topically you can rub them into the palms of your hands or on the bottoms of your feet. You can dilute essential oils to slow the absorption process if you choose. I strongly recommend this when using oils with children. Finally, you can ingest our Vitality Line of oils with a 00 vegetable capsule or by putting a drop or two in water. If you’re unsure which oils to use or how to use oils, seek out a desk reference or read the instructions on the label.

The eleven oils in the Premium Starter Kit have thousands of uses. Frankincense alone has 10,000 uses. We’re going to discuss some of the oils’ uses here.

Lavender has a scent that’s a wonderful blend of fresh, floral, clean, and calm. It’s this dynamic aroma that has made the flower a classic for perfumes, soaps, fresheners, and beauty products. As one of Young Living’s most popular products, Lavender oil is a great beginner oil and a must for every home.

Peppermint Vitality, part of the Vitality line for culinary and dietary use, is a versatile oil with a well-loved flavor. As a dietary supplement, Peppermint Vitality oil can support healthy gut function and digestive efficiency. These benefits make it a great way to start your day or end a meal.
